As a family-rooted team, we know from direct experience what home care means: responsibility, time pressure, and emotional strain. Our goal is to help people stay in their familiar home environment, close to their loved ones, for as long as possible.

Our mission

Poncura makes the work of family caregivers visible, fairly paid, and administratively simple — as a licensed Spitex, all from a single source.

Founded in Bern in 2025.

Trustworthy

We never tell clients or family caregivers anything that later turns out to be false. When we do not know something, we say so openly.

Fair pay

Our margin is not arbitrary. When automation lowers costs, the gain goes into the wages of family caregivers — not into margin.

Transparent

We are open about how much goes to caregivers. Internal numbers are visible to employees, not kept secret.

Efficient

Administrative overhead is the enemy. If software can do a task, it does — people do human work.
