At Poncura you nurse the way you learned to: on your own responsibility. You care for clients in their homes and support family caregivers – with case ownership and structured, recognised assessments instead of piecework. You document digitally on site and keep time tracking, payslips and paperwork in your own cockpit. You set your availability in a weekly grid and have a say in your workload – no one steers you through the day. Regular employment with AHV, IV, ALV and UVG cover; occupational pension from the statutory entry threshold.
